Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Plant Layout Engineer, you will join Bristol team to support our activities within the Energy sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop conceptual plant layout designs for energy production facilities, considering factors such as equipment placement, workflow optimization, and adherence to environmental and safety regulations
- Utilize advanced CAD software to create detailed 3D models of proposed energy plant layouts
- Integrate renewable energy sources and sustainable practices into the design to promote environmental responsibility
- Perform simulations to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of energy production processes

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Proven experience in plant layout design within the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy sources
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and experience with 3D modelling
- Strong understanding of energy production processes and relevant industry regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
