Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a CAD Support Specialist, you will join our Bristol team to support our activities within the Nuclear sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Coordination of CAD Activities:
Manage new requests and resolve technical issues related to a diverse range of CAD tools.
Actively coordinate CAD activities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among engineering teams.
Action Plans and Roadmaps:
Define, propose, and monitor action plans and roadmaps to optimize CAD support services.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on evolving engineering needs.
Communication and Collaboration:
Establish and maintain consistent communication channels with UK Engineering teams, CAD teams in France, and local IT technical support.
Foster a collaborative environment to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Tool Development:
Create macros and tools to expedite responses to engineering needs, facilitating quick and efficient solutions.
Stay abreast of technological advancements and implement tools to streamline CAD processes.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in providing support for CAD engineering tools, particularly AVEVA E3D & DRAW, PDMS & DRAFT, DIAGRAMS, and ENGINEERING.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
