Job Description
What will you be doing?
As a Thermal System Engineer, you will join Silverstone team to support our activities within the Automotive sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead the design and analysis of automotive thermal systems with a focus on HVAC units, climatic wind tunnel testing, and coolant and refrigerant circuits.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and calibration activities to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of thermal systems.
- Utilize Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and define technical requirements and specifications for HVAC units, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Take charge of vehicle-level testing and calibration efforts to achieve desired thermal system performance.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in a relevant engineering field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in HVAC
- Experience in performing DFMEA
