- open to challenges & dynamic environment, has strong negotiation skills and knowledge of sourcing & procurement techniques,
- enthusiastically elaborate and implement Procurement Strategy and supportive internal Policies in order to assure clear and transparent purchasing process in the company,
- carefully analyze market potential and trends relevant for the internal customer needs in order to identify best solutions,
- responsible for management of strategic supply contracts together with corporate office to maximize economies of scale and economic benefits,
- inspired to build strong and long-term relationship with existing and potential suppliers to ensure optimal prices and contract conditions improvement over a period,
- lead cross-functional collaboration with all functions involved in Procurement process, support with CAPEX projects implementation within approved budget,
- effectively manage procurement team and overall process of contract preparation, alignment and signing with suppliers for all centralized contracts,
- happy to develop, implement and support digitalization of contract process in the company and offer the ways of purchase process simplification,
- keen of effective leading, developing and motivating the team.
