• highly experienced in managing the assortment portfolio of categories or brands to maximize sales & profitability,
• efficient in developing promo with good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends & competitive environment and analysis of promo effectiveness (ROI, uplifts),
• develop and implement end-to-end price support process for regular pricing and promo, ensuring the company's goals are achieved in B2C,
• experienced in developing an approach and leading the transformation of promotions into a sales channel by engaging & interacting with various teams,
• effectively manage B2C performance in Cash & Carry and e-commerce,
• enthusiastically develop e-commerce pricing strategy in both basic & promo channels,
• experienced in managing digital transformation & implementing new digital pricing tools, continuously redesigns the architecture of pricing process, optimizing time and resources,
• ready to initiate market research to identify and monitor competitors, price perception, and consumer trends,
• ensure transparent tracking of KPIs and communication of results to all levels of management,
• keen of effective leading, developing and motivating the team.
