Job Description
As Global VIP and Influencer Specialist at COS, you will work in collaboration with the wider PR & Communications team. You will develop and implement the VIP and Talent strategy considering the brand’s positioning and will guide ways of working globally.
What you will do:
- Support business priorities through relevant VIP, influencer and KOL media placements, content creation, event attendance and partnerships
- Drive new and existing relationships to maintain global VIP, Talent and ambassador target lists, updating databases and working closely with regional teams
- Nuture relationships with celerity stylists and talent agents to secure strategic VIP placements and collaborations
- Centralise all global VIP/talent dressing, including product sourcing, deliveries and returns.
- Oversee global VIP and talent monitoring - homogenise metrics and own the KPI process, creating wrap reports for each activity
- Coordinate all contracts and relevant templates, ensuring a transparent way of working with relevant stakeholders, and report globally using new and existing tools and guidelines
- Shape and negotiate paid engagements with talent directly or via partners, ensuring optimal brand representation and value
- Manage budgets – forecast, track, process and record all VIP and Talent invoices in preparation for regular project budget reviews.
- Report to the Head of Communication and Collaborations while collaborating with the wider PR & Communications teams, relevant cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to deliver the 360 VIP and talent strategy
- Work closely with the wider PR and Communications teams to build out talking points for interview moments and brand event attendance
- Collaborate with local and global teams to host appointments in showrooms as required

- In-depth knowledge of the global industry landscape and players
- Strong organisation skill and detail orientated approach to work
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the luxury sphere
- Ability to travel when needed

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
