Job Description
As a Samples Coordinator at COS, you will work in collaboration with the wider PR & Communications team to develop and implement the Global Sample Strategy. You will guide the ways of working with samples for key product launches, seasonal events and photoshoots while maintaining the sample cupboard and London showroom, aligning with the brands wider strategic goals and targets.
What you will do:
- Handling of PR & Communications samples, ensuring timely delivery of all samples
- Maintaining the high standards of the sample cupboard
- Creating new, and updating existing workflows including, sample tracking tools and sample monitoring spreadsheets.
- Collecting, preparing, organising all samples for in-house and external photo shoots
- Ensure the sample cupboard and showroom is stocked with relevant seasonal product and updated per season and project.
- Ensuring shipments and invoicing knowledge is up to date and procedures followed.

- Experience working with coordinating and managing samples for product launches, seasonal events, photoshoots, or brand collaborations, within a fashion retail background is desirable.
- Someone who is enthusiastic about COS and the fashion industry as a whole.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary, especially with Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communicator with the ability to work with different teams across a head office.
- Sees opportunities to improve in everyday processes and actions.

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely however due to the high level of cross department collaborations much of your time will be spent in our wonderful office in Holborn.
