We are seeking an experienced Accounts cum Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative support. This role will involve managing accounting tasks, office administration, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounts and financial records using Tally.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure efficient office operations.
• Prepare reports and maintain records in MS Excel.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or higher preferably in Commerce.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or office administration.
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be on Husband/Father sponsorship (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
