**Job Summary**
We’re seeking a well-rounded Administrative Accountant to manage front-desk operations, office administration, and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online. You’ll be the go-to person for expense tracking, budget monitoring, PRO-related tasks, VAT coordination, and WPS processes. • *Key Responsibilities**
- **Front-Desk Reception**:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
- Keep reception area tidy and organized
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Handle general inquiries and provide relevant information
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support HR with onboarding and maintaining staff records
- **Accounting & Financial Coordination**:
- Use QuickBooks Online to track expenses, manage budgets, and record transactions
- Handle WPS (Wages Protection System) processes
- Coordinate with the VAT consultant for filings and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of financial statements and invoices
- Oversee PRO-related activities (e.g., documentation, renewals, government procedures)
- **Sales Support**:
- Provide basic sales support when required
- Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, maintaining client relationships & CRM
• *Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with invoicing
- 5+ years of experience in administration, reception, or office management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus
- Well-presented, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
• *Preferred Skills**
- Experience working in a corporate, retail and professional services environment
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and accounting softwares
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
