Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement, Establish, and Coordinate Project Control Systems within the Organization including SOPs, Budget Control Systems;
• Capacity to lead a team of Project Controls Engineer and Planning Engineers, supporting the discipline elements of EPC Planning, Scheduling, Contracts Administration & Cost Related activities;
• Periodic detailed analysis of P and L, Cash flow;
• Regular review and monitoring of budgets/Plans vs actuals and proactively highlight potential issues in advance for timely course corrects;
• Preparing Control and Operational Budgets for newly awarded projects;
• Close monitoring of the Cost and Revenue of the Projects;
• Prepared Cash Flow for the running projects & monitoring the forecast cash flow
Required Skills or Tools
• Well-organized and able to work under deadlines;
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain policies and procedures;
• Strong cost reporting skills and techniques;
• Experience in the identification, monitoring, and reporting of project risks;
• Ability to develop and update schedules, create reports, and provide analysis using Microsoft Project and Primavera;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic both oral and written;
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong track and trace capabilities
Required Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical electrical, or related areas;
• At least 10 years of experience in the field; and
• PMP certificate is an advantage.
