The Accountant is responsible for preparing, managing and reporting on the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This entry level role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, and supporting the team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, trial balances, and balance sheets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage the company’s accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with the preparation of tax filings.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting.
• Support the finance team in developing financial policies, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management, providing clear and concise financial data to support decision-making.

Prior Experience:
• Processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and payment processing for vacation homes rental line of business.
• Developing Book of Accounts for newly established companies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a financial accountant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZOHO, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
