Job Descrption
Administrative Duties:
• Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Human Resources Duties:
• Assist in employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Accounting Duties:
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, expense reports, and financial records.
• Record transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Process payments, handle petty cash, and monitor cash flow.
Skills
1-3 years of experience in administration, HR, or accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good communication skills in English.
