Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to manage daily operations, handle financial records, and ensure smooth scheduling for our cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating bookings, maintaining records, and handling customer inquiries while ensuring efficient staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management:
Efficiently handle the QuickBooks accounting system for financial tracking.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
Operations & Scheduling:
Coordinate cleaning schedules based on daily service requests.
Accept bookings via portals, phone, and other communication channels.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all service requests.
Customer Service & Sales:
Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
Upsell cleaning services to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Staff & Performance Management:
Monitor and track staff attendance on a daily basis.
Maintain and update daily data sheets before leaving the office.
Prepare monthly performance reports for staff, evaluating work quality and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
