Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a CFD and Forex Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with account management, and ensuring a smooth process for clients engaged in CFD (Contract for Difference) and Forex trading. This position requires a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support:
• Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address client inquiries regarding account setup, trading platforms, and general trading-related questions.
• Assist clients in navigating our trading systems and resolve technical issues.
2. Account Management:
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the account opening process for new clients.
• Verify client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client accounts and transactions to identify any irregularities or potential issues.
3. Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about financial market developments, including major economic events, geopolitical factors, and market trends.
• Provide clients with relevant market information and analysis to enhance their trading decisions.
4. Education and Training:
• Conduct training sessions for clients on using trading platforms, understanding market indicators, and risk management strategies.
• Develop educational materials and resources to empower clients in their trading journey.
5*. Collaboration with Sales Team:*
• Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and assist in achieving revenue targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales team based on client interactions and market insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong understanding of CFD and financial markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in industry-standard trading platforms and tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the CFD industry.
