Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Providing technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their registration and reporting systems. Including new set up and training on IT system e.g. web portals, GOLD registration.
Providing technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their results queries, suite creation and amendments, appropriate limits for testing.
Reporting subcontract results where required.
Delivering onsite and online training to customers on data systems and providing ongoing support where problem arise.
Qualifications
Essential
Lab experience with food testing
Good IT skills.
Desirable
Knowledge of LIMS databases
Knowledge of Power BI
Food testing in a labortaory environment
Experience of the food manufacturing industry
Experience of dealing with customers.
