Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for helping others.
- Providing technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their registration and reporting systems. Including new set up and training on IT system e.g. web portals, GOLD registration.
- Providing technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their results queries, suite creation and amendments, appropriate limits for testing.
- Reporting subcontract results where required.
- Delivering onsite and online training to customers on data systems and providing ongoing support where problem arise.
Qualifications
Essential
- Lab experience with food testing
- Good IT skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of LIMS databases
- Food testing in a labortaory environment
- Experience of the food manufacturing industry
- Experience of dealing with customers.
