Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist at SGS you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing excellent technical support to our internal teams. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware / software issues and offering top-notch customer service to our end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain security measures.
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and update IT processes, procedures, and user manuals.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical knowledge.
