Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer with proficiency in reading and understanding Engineering drawings and BIM Models for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The primary objective is to develop and deliver BIM Models and other related work for the Architectural discipline based on the received IFC drawings or models. These BIM Models will be used for coordination and the production of shop drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Develop BIM Models from 2D drawings (Tender, Design, or Shop Drawings) or IFC/design models received.
- Adhere to company standards while developing BIM Models.
- Create BIM Families as required for architecture-related aspects of the project.
- Implement QA/QC feedback.
- Prepare RFIs (Request for Information).
- Extract quantities for project requirements.
- Produce shop drawings.
- Coordinate between Structural and Architectural teams.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
- Manage costs within the assigned area and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes and procedures within the scope of responsibilities.
- Lead and manage the team to optimize the effective use of resources in order to meet departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements- Min 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
- License/ Membership in BS Engineering/Architecture is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Certification in Autodesk Professional Revit Certificate, RICS, or PMP is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Autodesk, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
