Farhood Perfumes is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement operations in the cosmetics and perfumes industry. If you have experience in purchasing and a passion for the industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and supplies for perfume production.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to optimize costs.
• Track and update inventory levels, ensuring stock availability.
• Work closely with internal teams, including production and logistics.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing within the cosmetics or perfumes industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Purchasing Assistant in Cosmetics & Perfumes: 1 year (Required)
