Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy/Girl to assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained while supporting staff with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, including pantry and work areas
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and mail deliveries
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
Run errands such as bank deposits, post office visits, and office purchases
Support office staff with minor administrative tasks when required
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Good organizational and time-management skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
