Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all company insurances, including health insurance, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to deadlines to avoid penalties.
• Oversee the visa application and renewal process for employees, both for UAE residency and international travel.
• Manage new and renewal applications for facility licenses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and updates on medical insurances, vehicle insurance, office renewals, and other insurance.
• Represent the company in government offices, banks, and other authorities if required and ensure timely submission of all documents.
