We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Admin to support our interior design company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with daily operations, and oversee purchasing activities. Proficiency in excel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Assist in document preparation, filing, and office coordination.
Execute and manage purchasing operations.
Research and identify reliable suppliers.
Process purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and receipts.
Prepare and submit purchasing reports.
Communicate technical specifications and schedules clearly with suppliers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or Procurement Assistant role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business correspondence.
Experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
