AL GHURAIR INTERIORS (AGI) is currently looking for:

Quantity Surveyors - Senior and Mid-Level (Interiors)
• Having at least 5 - 10 years progressive experience working with Interior Fit-out based projects / company in the UAE.
• Must be essentially proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Planswift is a must.
• Excellent technical grounding in Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Tendering
• Prepares Technical, Commercial, and other documents required for Tender submission.
• Carry out inquiries and reviews quotations from different subcontractors and suppliers to avail the best market price.
• Prepares the analysis for variations as per revised drawings / specifications.
• Verifies subcontractor claims and invoice for Payment Certificate processing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.

NOTE: Interested Applicants must currently reside in UAE and possess proven work experience in the construction industry within the country.
