Job Description
You can make your mark as a Commercial graduate for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. A perfect opportunity if you are eager to learn and want to kick-start your career!
This will be a 18-month graduate programme where you will work as part of the Commercial team responsible for providing contractual and commercial support to ensure that Boskalis Subsea Services Limited is mitigating its contractual and commercial risk at all times and optimising its project delivery. As a graduate, you will have placements within all areas of the Commercial function (Tendering, Post Contract Award, Procurement & Business Development) providing support to each team whilst building extensive experience and building up your responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to gain an understanding of other functions including Project Services, Engineering & Finance in order to further your knowledge of the wider business unit.
Where you will work
You will be based in our Aberdeen office with the opportunity to visit other locations within the wider Boskalis Company. In addition, you will also have the chance to visit and spend time aboard one of our Dive Support Vessels.
The Program
The graduate programme will commence in September 2024. During each of the work placements there is ample time to work on your personal development. Both personal goals and business objectives will be set for each placement throughout the programme with support provided from senior colleague and Line Managers.
Your qualities
You can make your mark as a Commercial Graduate if you have:
- A relevant degree, preferably within Law, Business or Quantity Surveying
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to work using own initiative and to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to effectively manage own workload.
- Adaptability and problem solving capability
- Pro-active forward looking approach
- Commitment to provide Excellent Customer Care
