We are actively looking for experienced care giver & Nanny to become part of our team in Dubai. We are specifically interested in candidates with a strong background in working with Asian, European families, as it is important to understand and respect their cultural norms and values. Effective communication in English is essential for this role. Our ideal candidates should have a high level of comfort and proficiency in caring for children & old age of all ages. Flexibility in working hours is mandatory, as the position entails both stay-in and stay-out arrangements.
Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and high-quality care for children & old age, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outings.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including their personal belongings and play areas.
• Collaborate with parents to establish and implement routines and schedules.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of childcare, old age care experience for Asian & European families.
• Fluency in English, Hindi additional European languages a plus
• Patient, nurturing, and engaging personality
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
• First aid and child safety certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
