We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Office cum Assistant to join our team at [AMK Corporate Services Provider LLC], a leading consulting services firm in the UAE. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance: Schedule meetings for the team.
Document Management: Organize and maintain office files, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
Communication: Act as a liaison for both internal and external communication. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and company events, managing logistics and preparations.
General Office Support: Oversee office supplies, maintain office equipment, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Experience in consulting services is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written).
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 1800 – AED 2200 per month, based on experience.
