- Able to communicate in Arabic and English- Schedule and manage appointments with customers on behalf of our clients, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in both [Language 1] and [Language 2] to set and confirm appointments.Accurately document appointment details, customer communications, and any changes in our database.- Evaluate the quality of appointments set, ensuring that agents are fully prepared and that customer expectations are being met.- Work with management to identify areas of improvement in the appointment-setting process.
