Job Descrption
Telecaller Responsibilities:
• Research skills for telecalling and reaching out to new clientele
• Proven track record of being a telecaller and conducting sales through the telephone Draft quotation, proposals and presentations
• Should understand client requirements and provide suggest appropriate solutions.
• Should act as a subject matter expert and provide recommendations and encourage clients to buy extras and suggest necessary product upgradation
• Effectively handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
• Closely work with internal sales team to achieve targets.
• Should know English & Hindi language fluently.
Telecaller Requirements:
• High school diploma/ Graduate.
• Similar technical role
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and email software.
• Females only.
