We are now looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology Services Department in Manchester.
Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities, this role will be office based 5 days per week.
Reporting into the Service Desk Manager, you will play a vital role in the team, ensuring all IT equipment is set up to exact standards for all users. A very important part of the role is to maintain the asset database and adhering to strict processes.
This is a very technical Service Desk and the successful candidate will gain experience and knowledge of a very wide range of technologies. As such, this role could be suitable for those looking to start their career in IT.
