Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman cum Authority Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and modify architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure all drawings comply with authority requirements and regulations.
• Submit drawings and documents to relevant authorities for approvals and permits.
• should posses knowledge regarding authority system.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government entities for project approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
• Assist in site visits and inspections as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Experience in handling authority approvals and documentation.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 31/03/2025
