Overview:Responsible for design, installation & maintain of IT infrastructure to ensure stable & smooth operation of Organisation’s functions.Responsibilities:Maintain the server’s to keep the server all group networks uptime as 100 %Maintain virtualization environment preferably with VM Ware, backup solution, cloud based backup, DR solutions, Router configuration and cloud based wifi management.Receive, priorities & respond to incoming calls &/or emails regarding equipment &/or ICT related issues .Manage all Servers / Cisco routers / VMware / Firewalls and all other ICT equipmentMaintain the server side of business critical application SAP and Other software.Accurately document instances of software, hardware issues failure, repair, installation and removal or other work requests.Ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs etc.Cyber security solutions and compliance process implementation, maintenance and monitoringEnsure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus, VPN and intrusion detection system.Monitor network performance, internet connection & troubleshoot problem areas as needed to identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks.Implement, monitor and manage CCTV and Bio matric system as per HO guidelines.Awareness on SAP process will be an added advantage.Monitor and support the complete Group IT infra requirementsOperations support as instructed by Management Competencies :Functionali. Excellent knowledge in virtualized server administration and backup processes/ technologies.ii. Hands on experience in Network Performance Tuning, LAN, Network Design router configuration, firewall configuration and Implementation.iii. Knowledge in database and windows administration.iv. Strong project management, strong focus on quality and time management skills.v. Knowledge of standard cyber security solutions.vi. Knowledge on SA{ will be an added advantage.Behaviorali.
