MEP Draughtsman/Landscaping & Swimming Pool Specialist at Green Gardenia Landscaping

Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draughtsman with expertise in landscaping and swimming pool projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and coordinating with project teams to ensure the seamless integration of MEP services in landscaping and swimming pool designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed MEP drawings for landscaping and swimming pool projects using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Develop and revise electrical layouts, plumbing, and HVAC in coordination with architectural and structural plans.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and project specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce coordinated shop drawings.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data and ensure designs align with on-ground requirements.
• Assist in resolving design conflicts and technical issues related to MEP services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of design revisions and project documentation.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all drafting work.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 5 years exp in the same field
• Proven experience as an MEP Draughtsman with a specialization in landscaping and swimming pools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems relevant to outdoor environments.
• Ability to interpret and translate sketches and verbal instructions into detailed drawings.
• Attention to details and accuracy in technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in GCC or international landscaping/swimming pool projects.
• Familiarity with BIM modeling and 3D visualization tools.
• Certification in MEP drafting or design software is a plus.
