With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value-driven real estate assets.
As a Sr. Interior Designer-Residential reporting into the Interior Design Manager-Residential working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Concept Development : Lead the creation of design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections.
• Design Documentation : Produce detailed design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and IFC drawings. Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management : Present designs, manage client feedback, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Project Management : Oversee the design process, manage timelines, budgets, and quality, and guide the project from concept to execution.
• Execution & Quality Control : Monitor construction, ensure design accuracy on-site, and provide solutions for design challenges.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Experience: Minimum 7 years
• Strong portfolio: Background of completed projects in residential buildings/hospitality
• Design Software: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
• Concept stage to full IFC: Ability to lead all aspects of design stages
• Project Delivery: Ability to deliver full mixed-use projects from concept to IFC package including coordination with all disciplines
