We are a fully funded Dubai based startup preparing for our upcoming launch, and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, optimize digital campaigns, and maximize ROI. Responsibilities:
• Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies based on data insights and industry trends.
• Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize customer journeys to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
• A/B Testing: Conduct regular experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• SEO & Retargeting: Implement SEO best practices and retargeting strategies to enhance organic and paid performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Paid Media Expertise: Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of landing page optimization and customer acquisition funnels.
• Budget Management: Experience handling marketing budgets and allocating spend effectively.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Proven ability to test, analyze, and iterate ad creatives and targeting strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.
Bonus Points:
• Experience scaling marketing campaigns for a startup or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising.
