Role Overview: Elevate B360’s Online Presence
As our SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
• Optimize Google search rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for luxury buyer targeting.
• Improve conversion rates on our Shopify store.
• Ensure SEO & Paid Ads work together for maximum impact.
Key Goals:
• Improve B360’s SEO rankings & organic sales.
• Optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads for high-net-worth customer acquisition.
• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize revenue.
• Enhance luxury brand storytelling through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• SEO Optimization (Shopify & Google Ranking)
• Develop & execute on-page SEO, technical SEO & keyword strategies.
• Optimize product pages, collections & blog content for Google ranking.
• Manage Google Search Console, structured data & schema markup.
• Implement backlink-building strategies for domain authority growth.
• Improve site speed, mobile SEO & internal linking structure.
• Optimize Arabic & English search visibility for GCC customers.
Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads with a luxury focus.
• Develop targeted audience segmentation (HNWIs, retargeting, lookalike audiences).
• Scale high-performing ads & reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines & landing pages.
• Implement Google Ads (Search & Shopping Campaigns) to complement SEO efforts.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track & analyze SEO growth & paid ad performance KPIs.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with data-driven insights & recommendations.
• Use A/B testing & heatmap tools to improve Shopify conversion rates.

Who We’re Looking For:
• 2-4 years of experience in SEO & Performance Marketing (Shopify preferred).
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research & Google Analytics.
• Proven success in running high-ROI Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience in luxury e-commerce, high-ticket product marketing, or premium branding.
• Analytical mindset—ability to track data & optimize for performance.
• Creative storyteller—understands how to market high-end products.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping & YouTube Ads).
• Experience with heatmaps & conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Understanding of Luxury Buyer Psychology & Digital Branding.

Salary Range: AED 6,000 – 10,000 per month
Performance Bonuses: Based on SEO growth & Meta Ads ROAS
