Position Overview

The Investment Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing investment strategies in both listed and unlisted markets, with a focus on Unlisted and startup stocks. The role involves managing investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with financial goals, and maintaining risk management practices. The Investment Manager will also source transactions in the following strategies:
• DFSA regulated entity – Analah DIFC Limited
• Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) targeting Unlisted Opportunities, Unlisted companies, and those preparing for a DRHP.
• Private Placement opportunities offering solutions to companies for primary and secondary fund raise across

Key Responsibilities:
• Investment Strategy Development:

· Identify and implement investment opportunities in listed, unlisted, and startup stocks.

· Lead investor pitch meetings, track deal flow, and conduct market research.

· Stay informed on global economic trends to support investment decisions.
• Fundraising Initiatives:

· Engage with VCs, AIFs, and HNIs to raise funds.

· Lead conference calls, webinars, and presentations for fundraising.
• Stock Analysis and Selection:

· Evaluate potential investments through financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting.

· Assess financial health, management quality, and competitive positioning of target companies.
• Private Equity and Listed Investments:

· Source and evaluate investment opportunities in both listed and unlisted markets.

· Conduct due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessments.

· Maintain relationships with venture capital firms and private equity partners.
• Portfolio Management:

· Monitor and manage portfolios to ensure they align with investment strategies.

· Conduct performance reviews and rebalance portfolios as necessary.

· Implement risk management strategies to protect portfolio value.
• Reporting and Communication:

· Prepare and present detailed investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.

· Communicate investment strategies, rationale, and performance to clients.

· Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:

· Work with other investment professionals and departments to foster a high-performance team.

· Mentor and collaborate with junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or CA, CFA preferred).

Experience:

Proven experience in investment management with expertise in both listed and unlisted markets.

Skills:

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

· Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
