Job Descrption
Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership in the overall management and organization of the nursery.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at fostering school improvement and ensuring educational excellence.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment among staff, students, and parents to foster inclusivity and support.
- Uphold effective communication and foster positive relationships within the school community.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changes, supporting institutional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree and hold Qualified Teacher Status.
- Hold a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Care, Learning, and Development, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Showcase a proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives for school improvement.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership roles.
- Provide evidence of ongoing professional development activities.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and embrace a collaborative leadership style.
- Flourish in a dynamic educational environment and display ambition and motivation.
- Commit to serving as a positive role model for both students and staff members.
