About the Role
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Director of Credit Risk at AdalFi in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing credit risk management, leveraging analytical skills and risk analytics to assess and manage financial risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversight of credit risk management processes
• Development and implementation of risk analytics strategies
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets and lending practices, excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, along with relevant certifications in Risk Management or a related field, is required.
