✔ Tech Expertise – Experience in building and scaling tech-driven platforms (PropTech, FinTech, SaaS, AI, or related fields).
✔ Entrepreneurial Mindset – A strategic thinker with a passion for disruption and innovation.
✔ Investment Capacity – Ability to bring capital to fuel growth and expansion.
✔ Real Estate Interest – A keen understanding of the property market or a desire to revolutionize it.
✔ Leadership & Execution – Drive to take an idea from concept to reality, leading teams and partnerships.
