The Role
We are looking for a motivated and high-achieving Technical Recruiter based in London to join our Talent team. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal development. You will play a key role in growing headcount across all of our world class teams, from data scientists and software engineers, to sales people and marketers.

What you will do
• Help headhunt, source, and attract the highest caliber of candidates across all of our teams.
Minimum Requirements:
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Experience recruiting for data science, software engineering, or other technical positions is desirable.
• Proven track record in headhunting, sourcing, name gathering, and market mapping.
• Highly capable, self-motivated, collaborative, and personable.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and drive.
• Naturally curious, creative, and effective problem solver with the ability to come up with ideas to tackle problems on the cutting edge.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator with a high level of business acumen.
• Ability to effectively work independently in a fast-moving environment.
