Job Description
- Perform planning and scheduling functions in line with tender requirements.
- Prepare tender programmes, planning presentation slides and narratives.
- Interact with the bid team members in planning-related matters.
- Organise themselves to meet specific work deadlines.
- Support the implementation of company planning procedures.
- Support the tender risk management process.
Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of general construction including some specific techniques.
- Able to develop a WBS for a small/ medium project with support.
- Able to prepare a resource & cost-loaded baseline programme for a small project.
- Review/ analysis of contract documents and identification of key deliverables.
- Primavera – good skills.
- Excel – good skills.
- MS PowerPoint – good skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; post-graduate planning certification a plus.
- 5 years minimum with main contractor (GCC region), preferably some tender planning experience.
