As a Pre-Sales Consultant within Civica Health and Care, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales process by providing technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to prospective clients. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and support... the successful acquisition of new business as well as supporting customer retention activities.

This is an exciting role that will see the successful candidate working across multiple product offerings. This role requires strategic thinking, a strong desire to deliver the best possible presentations and demonstrations, an ability to cultivate good working relationships with colleagues and customers, as well as an ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
• Develop a thorough understanding of Civica Health and Care products and services
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients
• Articulate the technical aspects and benefits of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and ongoing sales documentation
• Provide detailed technical input and support to ensure the alignment of solutions with client needs

Customer Engagement:
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges, requirements, and goals

Technical Expertise and Solution Presentation:
• Develop a thorough understanding of Civica Health and Care products and services
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients

Sales Support:

• Conduct needs analysis and gather detailed information to tailor solutions that address customer-specific issues
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Solution Development:
• Work with internal teams to develop and refine solution offerings based on market feedback and customer requirements
• Assist in the creation of proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations

Training and Enablement:
• Provide training and support to the sales team on new products and features
• Develop and maintain a library of sales tools, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation
• Participate in sales training programs and workshops to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Feedback and Improvement:
• Collect and analyse feedback from sales engagements to identify areas for improvement in products and services
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
