As a Manager - Strategy & Growth, your key responsibility will be to support the business in its growth ambitions by understanding and exploring market opportunities through assessing the market outlook, detailing the competitive landscape, and analysing value creation opportunities. You will also be asked to further current business insights towards supporting the individual business lines on the development and execution of their strategies
You will deliver high-impact presentations of your synthesised findings supported by robust financial models
In this role, you will:
- Utilise understanding of the current business environment and trends (use of products, competitive environment/market forces) to formulate price strategy recommendations in line with overall business strategy.
- Analyse data and determine relevant KPIs to help define areas of focus for further action
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership team to align on entity-wide strategic workflows
- Support cross-functional organisation transformation projects towards business growth and continued operational efficiency gains
- Actively understand current business performance to create synergies with defined business plans
- Oversee strategic initiatives from planning and development to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
- A Masters degree in a relevant field would be seen positively
- 7+ years of work experience in a similar field
- Consulting or industry experience with a focus on revenue growth and project management
- Knowledge in data analysis with proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge and use of PowerBI would be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and
- Strong project reporting and management skills with a problem-solving approach
- Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and professional, with the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
