At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $100 Billion problem globally. It’s high volume crime that’s increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.
Founded in New Zealand, we’re working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the UK, Australasia and North America.
Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We’re harnessing data for good.
In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you’re looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.
The Role:
The UK Field Marketing Manager will play a key role within Auror's growing and ambitious Marketing team who are focused on connecting our retail and law enforcement community to stop crime. This role is focused on driving all marketing initiatives including leading, planning, and execution of new and existing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including all events across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.. This is a great opportunity for a Marketing generalist - someone who is highly organised and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and doing a little bit of everything.
Your Responsibilities:
Requirements
This role will report into our to-be-hired Director of Field Marketing. In the interim, this role will report to Marcus Hoefliger, VP of Marketing.
Born to a Swiss father, and a Maori mother of Te Arawa descent, I’m a little different, and I love it. At the time of writing this, I’ll be splitting my time between being a Dad to two lil lads under 3, sport and mountain bike addict, wannabe chef, and helping Auror empower more retailers around the world to stop crime, for good. I’m excited (like really excited) to work with talented, caring, driven and ambitious people who want to elevate themselves, their peers, and Auror to new heights.
Benefits
We are looking for people who demonstrate a strong alignment to our Guiding Principles (you can find these on our Careers page).
With diversity and inclusion at the forefront of Aurors guiding principles, we promote a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusiveness at Auror, regardless of, but not limited to, race, gender, sexual orientation, family status, religion, ethnicity, national origin, physical disability, veteran status, or age.
