Job Description

THE POSITION:  

The Project Manager - Panel and Field is responsible for market research project fielding activities which includes recruiting.  This position coordinates with other members of the research operations team including project leaders and analysts to ensure that all project activities are managed according to specifications. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by: 

  • Participating in project kick-off, sampling, and programming strategy meetings 
  • Offering sampling, screening, and targeting strategies 
  • Evaluating current processes and procedures and determining areas to create efficiencies. 
  • Contributing to the development of field and panel tools and technologies 
  • Providing timely status reports and fielding updates to other members of project team 
  • Managing external vendors on a per-project basis 
  • Meeting established project deadlines 
  • Managing research activities for multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Sending/managing respondent email invitations and reminders 
  • Monitoring quotas and proactively taking action to complete projects on-time 
  • Developing and executing recruitment plans effectively 
  • Carrying out recruiting phone calls 
  • Scheduling research interviews with respondents 
  • Recording recruiting activity in project databases 
  • Assisting with panel development and maintaining relationships with panel members 
  • Conducting online research to build/verify panel  
  • Proactively troubleshooting and resolving recruiting issues 
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Travel (10%) 
  • Hours (Full-time M-F, 40 hours)

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.  

  • BA/BS Degree 

  • Market research industry experience 

  • Adept at using MS Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • BA/BS Degree in relevant field of study 

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related industries 

  • One plus years of experience in project management with a market research supplier

The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. 

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $62,500 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.  Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).  EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
