Job Description
As our Marketing Promo Coordinator, you will be instrumental in working closely with the Marketing team to ensure order needs are submitted and tracked, and you will drive creating workflow efficiencies with our cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organization skills, and has an interest in process development.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Marketing team with handling promo orders, including but not limited to, athlete, influencer and event seeding efforts
- Communicate with Marketing team stakeholders to get foresight into upcoming seeding initiatives and promo needs
- Work closely with Planning, Operations and Tech to continuously find efficiencies and improvements with the current order and allocations process
- Be point-of-contact between Marketing and cross-functional teams involved in promo order workflow
- Ensure all orders are being placed and allocated in a timely manner and provide tracking visibility to requestor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Troubleshoot inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
