THE SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, WEB/APP DEVELOPMENT POSITION
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager, Web/App Development to join the highly skilled Web & Content Marketing team. This team performs a critical function within the Marketing Department, supporting multiple functions across the organization.  Core responsibilities include creating digital user experiences that serve multiple stages of the marketing/sales funnel to drive competitive market performance and quality conversion outcomes. We work in a fast-paced environment and seek a highly experienced web and app developer that is results-oriented, a self-starter, and an energetic team player.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Collaborates with marketing stakeholders to define UX solutions that align with marketing goals. •Defines, designs, and develops UX/UI for customer-facing web and app experiences, incorporating best practices and features informed by the latest marketing and technology trends.  •Designs and develops e-commerce UX and UI.•Designs and builds iOS and android app experiences.•Builds and maintains Sitecore CMS components and web pages.•Tests, tracks, and analyzes UX performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve and enhance goal-oriented results.•Collaborates with IT to implement UI/UX solutions.•QA and tests digital marketing journeys to ensure seamless dataflow between platforms and into Salesforce.•Audits, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues.•Tracks and reports out on the following to inform our competitive strategy and UX experience roadmap:ocurrent and upcoming trends in web and app UXoindustry/competitor web and app UX experiences 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development or a related field.•10+ years’ experience in web and mobile app development.•5+ years’ project management experience.•Portfolio of B2C and B2B web and app marketing experience.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
•App UX design, with a track record of successful android and iOS app development.•High level proficiency with web and app development programming languages, including Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.•Web UX design and development, including mobile first/responsiveness expertise.•E-commerce UX, platform configuration and maintenance, including Shopify.•Advanced CMS proficiency including Sitecore.•Advanced Figma proficiency.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•Current SEO best practices and experience with performance monitoring tools such as ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs and SEMRush.•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.•Energy industry knowledge and experience.
