We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our in-house LLM workforce and our dedicated team in the Philippines, focusing on non-LLM SaaS projects. This role is pivotal in managing ongoing and future pilots and SaaS projects, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in scoping, and executing pilots and proof of concepts, directly contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:Manage and lead the in-house LLM and Philippines workforce dedicated to LLM and non-LLM pilots and SaaS projects.Collaborate closely with Sales and Solutions teams to assist in scoping efforts for pilots and SaaS projects.Own the end-to-end execution of pilots and proof of concepts, ensuring they meet quality, productivity targets and timeline.Work directly with Delivery teams, supporting the overall P&L while focusing on the crowd component of LLM projects where the in-house workforce is being used.Identify and resolve challenges related to workforce management, pilot execution, and client satisfaction.Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of pilots and SaaS projects.
Qualifications:Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in technology or AI space.Collaborate across functions with the ability to clearly articulate and recommend enhancements for each iteration to align with the client's definition of success.Adaptability to change and comfort with uncertainty, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.Experienced in navigating relationships with executive stakeholders.Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with LLM technologies and crowd-sourced solutions is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.Experience in scoping and executing Deep Learning and Generative AI projects.Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience..
