About the Role:
We are looking for a part-time (10-15 hours) Office Coordinator to join our growing office in Chamblee, GA. You’ll be responsible for various administrative tasks, event-planning, general maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain running the physical office in compliance with policies and procedures
Update or create necessary processes and procedures for the running of the office
Determine when and how to interface with the property manager for office maintenance, deliveries, and other requirements
Source and restock office snacks, drinks, and office supplies
Research, review, and execute office and team events - happy hours, holiday and summer parties, team events, breakfasts, and coffee hours
Responsible for processes to elevate the overall appearance of the office and guest experience
Identify, research, onboard, and manage office vendors & budget (plants, swag, supplies, snacks & beverages, etc)
Maintain the access control system
Provide coverage for mailings and other ad-hoc administrative support duties as required
Manage front desk and greet all visitors
Requirements
2+ years experience in administration
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills
Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and sense of humor
