Job Description
Our Abu Dhabi Cost Management Team is actively seeking experienced Cost Managers specialized in pre-contract services with a focus on Real Estate experience. If you have a passion for shaping projects from the early stages, consider joining our dynamic Abu Dhabi Cost Management Team. Your expertise will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful project outcomes.
This Abu Dhabi-based role requires full-time commitment. The ideal candidate should either be currently based in Abu Dhabi or demonstrate a commitment to relocate shortly after hiring.
The position is primarily office-based, but there is a potential opportunity for future secondment to client offices.
Qualifications
- Excellent measurement capability for building works and/or MEP works using Cost-X is must, BIM/ Revit experience is an advantage.
- Good Knowledge of market prices and pricing of building works and/or MEP works is preferably.
- Measurement capability for building works and/or MEP from 3D Models is an advantage.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Relevant Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree for MEP cost managers only is preferable.
- Good communication skills are must.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
